延期與退費說明
匯款後若因故欲更改日期或取消訂房，請於兩週前告知。
如遇天災、颱風、地震...等不可抗力之因素，訂金可全額退還。

住房相關事項
請勿抽菸，除了青山舍和賞月樓，其餘房行請勿攜帶寵物，自行攜帶寵物入屋者，將拒絕房客住宿，恕不退
